The Protest Testimony Project gathers people’s experiences at protests, marches, rallies, vigils, cultural events, and other First Amendment activities in New York City. This form calls all of these “events.” Your answers help monitor whether the NYPD is following the 2020 Payne Settlement. Every experience counts, including ones where nothing went wrong.
